1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777pin ("777pin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777pin online gaming platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 777pin website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 777pin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the 777pin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. 777pin reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 777pin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 777pin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

777pin reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 777pin within the timeframe specified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777pin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777pin supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. 777pin reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777pin account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777pin reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

777pin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. 777pin shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond 777pin's reasonable control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777pin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse"), or the use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

777pin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, 777pin will honour the terms applicable at the time of crediting, subject to the player not having engaged in any prohibited conduct.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777pin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Game outcomes on the 777pin Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by real-time dealer actions for live casino games. 777pin does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are as specified by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 777pin will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. 777pin's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the player's right to escalate the matter through the formal complaints process.

777pin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including but not limited to cases of collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777pin Platform:

1. Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
3. Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
6. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the Platform.
7. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 777pin account.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777pin. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

777pin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777pin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 777pin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 777pin's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777pin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may close your 777pin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.

777pin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) 777pin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) 777pin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the player has engaged in conduct that 777pin deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

Where an account is closed by 777pin due to a breach of these Terms, 777pin reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 777pin may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

12. Amendments

777pin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777pin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
